“I feel very honored to work alongside my clients as they work through life’s adversities, recoveries, milestones, and triumphs. I am constantly struck by the powerful healing and insight-building processes that emerge in the counselling process.”
Counselling is a courageous journey of growing self-awareness, building skills, and exploring new ways of being in the world. My first and foremost goal in counselling is to offer a safe and supportive place in which to talk, explore and be heard. People come to counselling for lots of different reasons. Some of those reasons might be to understand manage aspects of mental health and wellness, to learn new skills, to build self-compassion and self-awareness, to explore past or current stressors, or to better understand self or relationships to others. Because each person comes to counselling for different reasons, I offer an approach to counselling that is collaborative and tailored to best support your unique needs and goals.
