“I feel very honored to work alongside my clients as they work through life’s adversities, recoveries, milestones, and triumphs. I am constantly struck by the powerful healing and insight-building processes that emerge in the counselling process.”
Counselling is a courageous journey of growing self-awareness, building skills, and exploring new ways of being in the world. My first and foremost goal in counselling is to offer a safe and supportive place in which to talk, explore, and be heard. People come to counselling for many different reasons. Some of those reasons might be – to understand manage aspects of mental health and wellness, to learn new skills, to build self-compassion and self-awareness, to explore past or current stressors, and/or to better understand relationships with ourselves and others. Because each person comes to counselling for different reasons, I offer an approach to counselling that is collaborative and tailored to best support your unique needs and goals.
