Individual counselling at Emergence Counselling & Wellness in Vancouver, BC is tailored to your specific needs — whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, grief, or the effects of growing up in an emotionally neglectful environment. Our team of five registered therapists uses evidence-based approaches including EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, CBT, and Deep Brain Reorienting. All sessions are online via secure video, available across British Columbia. Individual sessions from $150.
