Olivia Armstrong, MA, CCC - Online Therapist, Queer-Affirming Therapist

Counsellor Olivia Armstrong, MA, CCC

Olivia’s work is rooted in the belief that meaningful healing happens through connection. Based in Vancouver and offering virtual counselling across Canada, she provides trauma-informed support to adults seeking deeper understanding and lasting change. 

Olivia has a particular focus on working with individuals navigating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), hoarding behaviours, and complex trauma. She offers a non-judgmental, collaborative space where clients can begin to untangle long-standing patterns and move toward emotional freedom.

Using modalities such as EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches, Olivia helps clients reconnect with their inner strength and resilience. 

Her practice is deeply grounded in queer-affirming and culturally responsive care, where all aspects of identity, including gender, sexuality, and lived experience, are acknowledged and respected. Olivia is passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients in exploring their authentic selves, healing from systemic and relational harm, and building lives rooted in self-trust and meaning.

Nicole offers a warm, inclusive space for adults navigating life transitions, identity, relationships, and mental health challenges.

Fluent in English and Cantonese, she brings cultural sensitivity and lived experience to her work, supporting clients with a deep understanding of intersectionality and systemic stress. 

Nicole uses an integrative approach drawing from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and somatic techniques to help clients develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion. Dr. Rose offers compassionate, evidence-based support to children, teens, and adults. With a background in school, healthcare, and community settings, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice. 

Her work focuses on anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions, using approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based therapy. 

Dr. Rose emphasizes collaboration, helping clients build practical skills while addressing the emotional roots of their challenges. Her sessions are designed to foster confidence, self-awareness, and a sense of empowerment through every stage of life.

Valentina Chichiniova, MA, RCC, CCC – Trauma Therapist, Online Therapist

Valentina Chichiniova, Counsellor and EMDR Consultant

Valentina brings a calm, grounded presence to her trauma-focused work with adults. As an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist and consultant, she specializes in supporting clients with complex trauma, PTSD, and emotional regulation. 

Valentina also provides in-person psychedelic integration sessions, combining depth-oriented work with a client-centered, experiential approach. 

Her therapy is shaped by a commitment to helping individuals reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and release limiting patterns. With advanced training in trauma, somatic work, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, she supports clients in navigating life with renewed clarity and strength.
